Execution
Blizzard will introduce Diablo, a character from the franchise, as a virtual influencer who will live stream on Twitch and engage with famous streamers on social media. Users can contribute to damaging the character by sharing posts with the hashtag "#Diablo4,"
Blizzard aims to revive the Diablo franchise's cultural relevance, particularly among the younger generation. To achieve this, they plan to create a virtual influencer based on the character Diablo and have it stream gameplay on Twitch while making appearances on other social media platforms. Blizzard will then recruit a RAID to defeat the virtual influencer. By using the hashtag "#Diablo4" to cause damage to Diablo, they will earn rewards. On the day Diablo the virtual influencer is killed, the campaign will culminate and end with the launch of Diablo 4.
